Non-members are charged 2 credit hours per hour of use plus a one-off RM20 entry fee. The first 15 minutes are free for everyone. No. Credit hours have no expiry date. Bonus hours may also be given through promotions.

You can book in two ways:
1. At Reception – Visit our front desk and let our staff know your preferred date, time, and room type.
2. Online Booking System – Log in to your SORA Workspace account, select your desired room/workspace, choose your time slot, and confirm.

💡 Tip: Have your membership credits ready (or be prepared to pay for non-member rates) to secure your booking.

Facilities include a Breastfeeding & Changing Room, Kids Lounge, Yu Garden Foot Spa, vending machines (popcorn & coffee), and various meeting/event rooms. The Kids Lounge is available at 2 credit hours per entry, or free if included in your membership or corporate package.
- Dedicated Room (non-sharing, 9am–6pm) – RM1800/pax/month
- Fixed Desk (sharing, 9am–6pm) – RM750/pax/month
- Hot Desking (sharing, 24-hour access) – RM600/pax/month

Yes. Corporate packages range from Corporate Trial to Corporate Unlimited, offering benefits like Kids Lounge access, popcorn, and foot spa sessions.

Yes. Please contact reception or update your booking in the online system at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid credit or fee deductions.
